Room Rates
Check-in
Check-in time 2:00 PM Check-out time 12:00 NN
It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in.
Reservation payments
All Reservation payments are non-refundable.
Every Guest who wants to make a reservation has to make a deposit of 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation.
We are only accepting Cash and Gcash deposit at the moment since we are processing our other payment channel.
Cancellation
Should cancellation be made upon arrival date;
It will be considered a no-show.
No Refund
NO refund will be made for reducing the number of rooms initially reserved.
For shortening of stay, the discount given will be forfeited.
Rebooking
The guest is allowed to rebook by email and phone call at least 3 days prior to the arrival date. Rebookings are valid up to 6 months from the original travel date. An additional fee will be added for accommodations bought during the lean season and will have a rebooking date that falls on peak season. We only allow one-time rebooking.
Late Arrival
Guest who does not arrive within 8 hours of the check-in date will be noted as a NO SHOW and will be charged the total amount Of the room reservation.
